Cross Synthesis is a function that can smoothly blend 2 different Voice Banks. You can mix 2 Voice Banks from the Cross Synthesis-compatible group (see the table below) to gradually change the voices.
* Voice Banks that support Cross Synthesis are required for use.
After the release of VOCALOID3, many Voice Banks that feature various voice qualities became available. Now, even for the same singer, you can select the voice quality, such as "Power" or "Normal", to match the song and improve the singing quality. However, switching between Voice Banks within the same song was difficult. The Cross Synthesis function solves this issue.
