20 years ago, Yamaha introduced VOCALOID, a tool that soon became a catalyst for creators, inspiring new ideas and innovations one after another.
We are truly surprised that it has evolved into a “new culture” in its own right, thanks to the people who continue to create new things and the many people who enjoy them.
We want to express our deep gratitude to the creators who have redefined what it means to sing and make music, and to the listeners who have embraced it. Now, as we celebrate its 20th anniversary, we are proud to reintroduce VOCALOID.
