VOCALOID3 Editor and Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor only provides user manual in digital file (in PDF format), and it doesn't contain paper printed booklet.
To browse the user manual, please open the file from [Help] → [User Manual] menu after launching VOCALOID3 Editor or Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor.
