Q. Can I export (render) a complete song or a VOCALOID part in WAV format?
Yes.
For details, see the topic of "Wave" from the "File" -> "Export" subsection of the "Menu bar" section in the User Manual.
If you want to create an audio CD, select "44100Hz/16bit/Stereo" to export your songs.
