Q. I want to use VOCALOID5 Editor and Voicebanks on a computer that does not have Internet access. How can I activate my VOCALOID license?
You can activate by offline activation from another computer which has internet access.
After starting "VOCALOID Authorizer", select "Authorization" > "Offline" on the screen and follow the displayed procedure to perform authorization.
