Q. I want to buy the VOCALOID 5 Upgrade Version, but I lost the serial code of previous VOCALOID Editors.
If you lost the serial code, you can't purchase the upgrade version.
In case of a packaged product, the little sticker with the serial is inside of the DVD case.
We can't reissue your serial code if you lost the serial of the packaged edition.
In case of download version, the serial code is described in the order confirmation mail etc. arriving at the time of purchase.
