You need the serial code of the previous version in order to upgrade the software.

- VOCALOID Editor for Cubase (NEO)
- VOCALOID4 Editor for Cubase
- VOCALOID5 STANDARD
- VOCALOID5 PREMIUM

Note: If you have purchased an upgrade version of VOCALOID4, VOCALOID5 STANDARD, or VOCALOID5 PREMIUM in the past, please have the serial code you obtained when upgrading ready.
