Q. I want to buy the VOCALOID6 upgrade version, but I lost the serial code from my previous VOCALOID Editor.
If you lost the serial code, you can not purchase the upgrade version.
If you purchased a packaged product, the sticker with the serial code is inside the DVD case.
We cannot reissue a serial code if you lost the serial code on the packaged version.
If you purchased a download version, the serial code is listed in the order confirmation e-mail or notification that you received at the time of purchase.
