When authorizing and deauthorizing VOCALOID 3 and 4 voice banks, elevated user account privileges must be granted. Therefore, a Windows confirmation message will appear with the message, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" If this message appears, click "Yes" to proceed.
