Q. When I try to authorize the software, a message appears indicating that connection to the network has failed and I cannot authorize the software.

Please check the following items:

1. Confirm that your computer is connected to the internet.
2. Confirm that the clock on your computer is set correctly.
3. The authorization server may be busy. Wait for a while and perform the operation again later.
4. Check that your OS meets the system requirements.

You can use the software for a certain period of time after installing it without having to authorize it. If you have trouble connecting to the authorization server, please wait a while and try authorizing the software again.
