When I try to authorize the software, a message appears indicating that connection to the network has failed and I cannot authorize the software.

When I reinstall the VOCALO CHANGER PLUGIN or a voice bank, I get a message indicating that the maximum number of authorizations has been reached, and the software cannot be authorized.
